Lead UX Designer
Working in Waterfall and Agile environments, daily work includes designing page layouts for new and current pages of the AT&T Business sites based on wire-frames to provide the dev team including red-lines for production as well as Marketing placements. Lead Designer for high profile launches and initiatives such as Apple products, AT&T Next, Mobile Share Value Plans, ADTM Portal, Premier Welcome Page update and other NDA projects. Projects have included micro sites, mobile/responsive pages and promotional landing pages. Work with Marketing to create banners, marquees, emails, social media placements and landing pages for various campaigns. Instrumental in creating Holiday design themes and guidelines for Holiday Playbook for the entire AT&T Design team in 2014 and 2015. Created new mobile/responsive email templates, responsive landing pages and mobile navigation concepts. Also, part of the team to bring new DS2 Design standards to Premier. Maintain design standards/Branding as well as create new guidelines and templates for banners, pages and emails. As Lead duties include daily review and feedback of all work by team Designers to our Team Lead Designer. Cover vacations of Team Lead including assigning and approving work during that time. Work with and manage team members that are local and at other U.S sites. In 2017 converted from contractor
to full time employee.
